Translucent pale bluish-green glass with some bubbles; blown. Conical shape body; rim folded out, up and in to form narrow horizontal flange; cylindrical neck about two-fifths of total height, with slight constriction at bottom; conical body curving in at bottom; narrow base, slightly concave; no pontil mark.
