Primary Description: 
Colorless non-lead glass; blown, enameled. Slightly waisted, cylindrical form, with rounded base and rounded shoulders, tapered neck, slightly flared rim; trailed neck ring; polychrome enameled decoration; white wavy line on the neck; scrolled band on the shoulder; wide band on the side, with a yellow wheel and another tool on one side, flanked by stylized flowering plants; wavy bands and lines above and below; deep, rounded kick with rough pontil mark.
