Aquamarine non-lead glass; mold-blown. Square with neck about 1/5 of overall height; turned out rim; vertical rows of knobs on two sides of body and inscription "VAPO-CRESOLINE CO" on one side between rows and "PATD US JULY 17 94 E HC JUL 23 94". Square base with no pontil mark.
