Colorless, non-lead glass; mold-blown, hand-finished mouth. Body is rectangular in cross-section; spirally ribbed circular neck; mold seams go up two of the corners and diagonally across shoulder; inscribed "Signature (in script) BRAND SYRUP/C.R. MALTBY CO./NEW YORK CORNING N.Y."; rectangular base with circular depression.
