Colorless non-lead glass, metal; mold-blown. Flattened circular, canteen-shape bottle neck with screw threads; obverse depicts design of a log cabin, a skyscraper and a teepee marked: "A CENTURY OF PROGRESS/1833-1933" above; base with diamond in an oval with "2" at left "3" at right and "5" below; "A" on opposite side of base; screw cap is yellow metal, enameled black on exterior.
