Primary Description: 
Bowl. Colorless, with grayish tinge; translucent blue. Blown; applied, enameled, gilded. Bowl: slightly conical, with infolded rim and rounded base with low kick and pontil mark. Second gather applied to lower half of bowl and mold-blown with ribs radiating from center; applied foot-ring of colorless glass. Below rim, gilded band onto which row of dots of turquoise blue enamel paint was applied; this is framed by two rows of white dots accentuated with red specks. Thread of blue glass applied to bowl above ribs.
