Primary Description: 
Almost colorless, with greenish tint. Blown; wheel-cut, ground and polished. Bowl. Rim incurved and almost flat, with vertical lip rounded at top; wall descends in smooth convex curve; base flat; no pontil mark. Wheel-cut decoration consists of continuous horizontal groove at bottom of rim; immediately below this, continuous, narrow horizontal band of transverse cuts slanting downward from left to right; below band of cuts and extending almost to bottom of wall, recessed zone containing six raised circular bosses, each with a smaller raised boss at center; bottom of wall descends vertically and then "steps" inward and downward to base.
