Colorless glass, pressed, acid-etched. Mat-finish bust has round pedestal base with words "MANILA 1898" along front bottom and name "DEWEY" above, with partial frontal portrait of Admiral Dewey in Naval uniform. On the back are the words "COPYRIGHT 1899, E.P.G. M'F'G Co., PS." Large airtrap bubble on interior.
