Primary Description: 
Opaque white glass; blown, pressed, metal collar, assembled. Lamp has a spherical font blown of opaque white glass, mounted on hollow stems, with 6 applied wafers between font and stem and 5 similar wafers between stem and square pressed base with a basket of flowers on each side and lion's heads in the corners.
