Primary Description: 
Dull opaque green, non-lead glass, silver; blown, tooled, applied decoration. Cylindrical socket with turned-out rim lined with silver; tooled solid baluster stem with knop at base and tooled flat circular foot with ground and polished pontil mark underneath; applied silver overlay scroll decoration around socket and edge of foot.
