Primary Description: 
Colorless, presumably lead glass; blown and cut. Short panel-cut cylindrical socket with broad flat collar at base, applied short stem of two knops -- large hollow ball knop with medial band of cut diamonds between horizontal ribs and above an angular knop --, applied flat circular foot with rayed band on base and smooth polished center.
