Colorless non-lead glass; mold-blown, cut, engraved. Flattened, octagonal form; flat faces, rounded shoulders, short neck with flared rim; rough ground for stopper; the rim engraved "VI"; engraved floral bands on the four corners of the sides; flat base; rough pontil mark.
