Primary Description: 
Colorless glass; blown, tooled, applied, cut. Inverted bell-shaped vase with flattened knop stem and circular foot. Exterior of vase decorated with elaborate cut design consisting of band of circles and slanted lines around rim, thick band of decoration around midsection that includes intersecting wavy lines and tight crosshatching, and band of cut vertical panels around base of vessel.
