Heavy clear glass; mold-blown and tooled. Slender conical bowl resting on a double cylindrical stem interrupted by a merese; solid slightly conical foot with cut star on underside; on the bowl five vertical panels containing a raised scale pattern ending at top in eye-like motifs; separated from each other by column-like uprights; the rim is plain.
