Colorless lead glass; blown, tooled, applied, ground, polished. Conical shape with a straight stem enclosing a quadruple air twist; solid conical foot. Signed "S:/DD" in diamond-point script under base in the center. Two gummed overlapping paper labels, both printed with "7917".
