Primary Description: 
Opalescent, opaque green non-lead glass, silver; blown, tooled, applied. Flaring trumpet-shaped body of opalescent glass, applied solid green stem, applied opalescent flat circular foot with polished pontil mark underneath and acid-stamped trademark with the word "ROCKWELL" in a shield. Silver overlay decoration around bowl rim and edge of foot.
