Primary Description: 
Colorless and transparent purple lead glass; blown, overlay, cut, engraved. Shallow, circular form with curved sides and petal-cut rim; purple overlay on colorless; cut floral motifs in panels around the rim, with a band of circular facets below; pendant swags of flowers; pointed arches around the center, with floral sunbursts, encircling a band of herringbone diamonds; hollow stem with flat disk at top, above a panel-cut true baluster, and conical pad at the base; disk foot with cut star on the underside; etched rectangle divided into three panels, the center panel inscribed "WEBB".
