Primary Description: 
Clear heavy bubbly lead glass with slight bluish grey tinge; blown with applied and tooled decoration. High pedestal foot with underfolded rim and rough pontil mark, attached to very shallow plate-like cup part with underfolded rim; on the underside of the body, around the slightly elevated plain center, a band of expanded "nip't diamond waies", followed by a guilloche.
