Web Description: 
For this sculpture, Maria Lugossy took industrial sheet glass, layered it, and glued it together before carving it with sandblasting and stoneworking tools. Her works have an air of antiquity, and although they are abstract, they recall the mineral formations, such as crystals and geodes, that Lugossy was fond of collecting.
