Primary Description: 
Opaque white, light blue and colorless glass; blown, cased, cut, polished; silver. Two handled oval tray with a band of ovals cut from blue, to white, to colorless around mid-body with a row of small circles just below the rim and above the base. Silver lid with flower finial and a silver tray underneath.
