Primary Description: 
Colorless non-lead glass; blown, engraved. (a) Cylindrical form, with spreading base; engraved basket of flowers on the side, with decorative loops above and alongside; applied "C" strap handle; slightly concave bottom with rough-ground pontil mark. (b) Conical top, spreading to a rounded rim, with inset cylindrical brim; ovoid finial mounted on two rounded pads; engraved undulating bands below the finial and near the rim; rough pontil mark inside, under the finial.
