Primary Description: 
Light blue non-lead glass; blown, acid treated on exterior, silver plate. Cup shaped glass bowl with upper rim ground and polished and outer surface acid treated for opacity; pontil mark ground and polished before satin finish. Fits in silver plated frame with two handles and four medallions with classic male head on each; circular foot "M'F'D AND PLATED BY/REED & BARTON" on base. Separate circular silver plated lid.
