Primary Description: 
Colorless lead glass; cast and blown, cut, polished. Hexahedral with rectangular cross section. Rounded rim; off center hole into hollow space at top formed by blown bubble; bubble descends more than one-third down into cast form; pattern of intersecting lines cut into base forms grids overlapped by diagonals and a repetitive motif of asterisk (*) shapes within the grids; paper label on lower corner "CRYSTAL/HOYA/MADE IN JAPAN 304" and "LEAD CRYSTAL/OVER 24% PbO", but no signature on object; beveled edges.
