Primary Description: 
Transparent light blue, with few bubbles; blown; rim finished at glory hole; handles and foot ring applied. Rim thickened on outside, with rounded lip; wall straight, splaying slightly and bulging before curving in sharply at bottom; base flat, with applied foot ring, apparently fire-polished; no pontil mark. Handles dropped on to outside of rim, drawn horizontally outward, folded downward and inward, and pinched to make flat thumb-rest; then drawn downward and inward, and pinched to make flat thumb-rest; then drawn downward, first away from wall, then toward it, and finally away again before being folded inward and upward and attached to wall; excess glass drawn upward over outer surface; folded glass then pinched to make flat finger-rest.
