Primary Description: 
Cut-down Goblet. Colorless glass; blown, tooled, cut, engraved. Cylindrical cup from goblet widening slightly towards rim; band of cut panels with rounded tops around base. Wall of cup decorated with 2 engraved scenes, each depicting two dogs in outdoor environment. Cup cut flat just above where stem would be.
