Primary Description: 
Colorless glass; blown, tooled, applied, cut, polished. Small wineglass with inverted conical shaped bowl, atop a faceted stem and circular foot. The body of the bowl is cut with a fan pattern, while the stem is hatched at the edges and the foot has a 24-point star cut on the underside. Acid-stamped on underside of foot with trademark, "Webb/England" . Webb is in script.
