Primary Description: 
Clear heavy glass with a few bubbles; mold blown in three part mold. (a) At bottom, straight sided body curving to sloping shoulder, flat base with ground pontil mark; cylindrical neck with flaring rim; (b) ground stopper with bull's eye finial; triple colors of rings applied to the neck; the mold blown decoration consists of a groove ring at base, horizontal ribs around lower body and lower shoulder, framing a frieze consisting of vertical ribs alternating with panels having a diamond pattern.
