Primary Description: 
Colorless glass; blown, ground and polished. Decanter: Short outsplayed rim with lip ground flat; wall descends vertically about one-third of height, then curves in and out again to form narrow "waist", below which it descends vertically to bottom; thick, plain base with concave floor and flat bottom; wall below waist cut in 14 vertical facets. Scratched signature under base, near edge: "IH.80"; Tumbler: plain rim with lip ground flat; vertical side; thick, plain base with concave floor and flat bottom; side cut in 14 vertical facets; scratched signature under base, near edge: "IH.80"; paper label with purple ink inscription attached to base: "96186".
