Primary Description: 
Colorless and opal glass; blown, tooled, applied, iridized. Blown cylindrical form with scallop and point rim, flared base and polished pontil. Decorated with iridescent gold and pistachio green feather pull-up design, with iridescent gold interior. Marked "KEW BLAS" on polished pontil mark.
