Transparent amber glass; mold blown, acid-etched. Ground and polished flared upper rim; short cylindrical neck swells to rounded shoulder and tapers to flat base; shoulder undulates with raised thistle blossoms and leaves with a second row of blossoms at mid-body; remainder of body covered with interviewed impressed thistle stems and leaves; base rim ground flat and polished; wheel engraved on base: "R. Lalique France Ho= 979".
