Primary Description: 
Translucent deep blue glass, pitted, bubbly with thin iridescent film on surface; cast and cut. Element probably representing the double plume, flat, cut into a lyre-like pattern and divided down the center by two wheel-cut grooves on one side, flow marks on back.
