Primary Description: 
Aquamarine glass; mold-blown; applied ring around neck. Obverse: American Eagle facing left with wings outspread, thirteen ribs in right wing, ten in left; thunderbolt in each talon; banner in beak and oval frame below. Reverse: same but no inscription. Inscription: "PITTSBURGH/ PA" in oval on one side. Edges: vertical seam.
