Primary Description: 
Colorless glass; blown, tooled, applied, cut, engraved; gilded. Colorles goblet with a thistle-shaped bowl with solid base and air-traps. The goblet is engraved with a cartouche inscribed "A LA MAISON ROYALE," flanked by martial trophies above a faceted knopped stem and folded, domed foot. The cover is domed and flat on top with a faceted finial and a gilded rim; the rim of the goblet itself is also gilded.
