Colorless, lead glass; blown, engraved. Slightly flaring cylindrical shape; straight sides; polished engraving with three flowers, six buds and trailing leaves covering entire glass; base polished and cut with multi-pointed star; circular paper label near rim with double-headed eagle, "W" on breast; inscribed around: "MT. WASHINGTON GLASS CO.".
