Primary Description: 
Almost colorless glass with gray tint; blown, tooled, applied, engraved. Bell shaped bowl on a solid inverted baluster stem and a conical foot. Diamond-point engraved foliate scrollwork below rim, with abbreviated lambrequin border on lower part of bowl and top of foot.
