Colorless lead glass, gold-colored metal, steel, paper fabric; (a) lenses cast, ground, polished, metal stamped, assembled, (b) assembled. (a) Spherical lenses with stamped gold rims and flat bridge, gold nosepieces each stamped "10K PAD," gold hinges and stamped L-shaped legs. (b) Clamshell type case covered with alligator print black paper and lined with blue velvet, stamped on cover "F.a.JORDAN/OPTOMETRIST/312 WEST CHURCHT ST./ELMIRA, N.Y."
