Primary Description: 
Colorless glass; blown, tooled, engraved. Circular conical shaped bowl sits upon a circular plate. Both are engraved with The Great Seal of the United States, consisting of an eagle holding an olive branch in one foot and arrows in the other. The eagle's head is turned to the left toward the olive branch and in it's beak is a banner. Above the eagle's head is a "glory" with 13 stars. In addition to the Great Seal there are engraved stars overall the bowl and the plate.
