Transparent dark blue glass; blown, pattern-molded. Flattened, circular shape; short cylindrical neck; patterned with broken swirl (16 vertical ribs, 16 ribs slanting to left); thick pontil scar on base; paper label on bottom, inscribed in ink (script): "Pitkin/bottle".
