Primary Description: 
Almost colorless, with bluish green tint and very small bubbles. Blown and cut. Fragment of vessel with convex profile. Wall has relief-cut decoration on outside; part of frieze with horizontal line, presumably continuous, forming upper or lower border. If line is upper border, fragment has broad split palmette, each half with three leaves, which is inverted, above similar, perhaps identical motif, which is upright.
