Primary Description: 
Transparent light blue (almost colorless), translucent cobalt, red, opaque white soda-lime glasses; blown into a mold, sandblasted "pick-up" decoration, cut rim, polished. Low wide bowl with flat, cut quatrefoil rim; lower half of walls and base decorated with designs of color layered in various orders; motif consists of central full-length figure of a glassblower in sandblasted white overlaid with cobalt; figure flanked on right side globular shape topping an abstracted Soviet national flag, topping the letters CCCP, topping another globular shape; figures left side flanked with globular shape, topping U.S. national flag, topping the letters USA, topping another globular shape; base is rounded, no foot, no pontil; inscribed on base: "Moscow/USSR/Ibragimov (in script)/88".
