Colorless, transparent amethyst, opaque red non-lead glasses; blown with filigrana decoration, joined while hot. Large circular platter with slightly upturned rim; wide undecorated amethyst band overlaps center disc of colorless with radiating spirals of opaque red filigrana; center of platter is slightly conical; no pontil; inscribed on outside edge in script: Tagliapietra/Angelin Effetre International Murano Italy 1986 25(?)/100.
