Primary Description: 
Colorless glass; blown, tooled, applied, cut, polished. Conical shaped bowl with a cut base and inverted baluster stem atop a domed and folded foot. Bowl engraved with a band at rim, royal arms of Saxony below a crown; lower part of bowl and stem cut with rows of facets; underside of foot engraved with branches. Opposite side of bowl engraved with inscription.
