Primary Description: 
Colorless glass; blown, tooled, applied, cut, etched. Goblet with flared rim, short panel-cut stem, and applied circular foot with cut starburst on base. Wall of cup decorated with etched band of repeating scrolling floral garlands. Inscription below rim reads, "Vasse 2643 y 3792 le 26-7-04".
