Primary Description: 
Goblet. Colorless, with yellowish green tinge; bubbles, some dark inclusions. Blown. Sharply everted bell-shaped bowl with widely flaring, fire-polished rim; joined by merese to blown stem with small baluster atop larger inverted baluster; attached by glue-bit [capstan?] to shallow, blown foot with fire-polished rim and pontil mark.
