Primary Description: 
Goblet. Colorless glass, with flecks of gold glass; blown, flecks of gold either picked up or sprayed on. Goblet: conical bowl. Rim plain; wall tapers and merges with solid cylindrical stem which is wider at top and has hemispherical knop at bottom; very low conical foot, slightly concave, with rounded edge; no pontil mark. Exterior of bowl and stem, and upper surface of foot, flecked with gold which is sparse on stem and most prominent on foot. Shield-shaped paper label attached to upper surface of foot: printed in black on gold: "Imperial / Hand / Painted".
