Primary Description: 
Light green non-lead glass; blown, enameled. Tapered, circular shape, constricted at the base, with a flared, circular foot; sides decorated in enamel: border of triangles and dots at the rim, on the side a large coat of arms with the date "17/75" above, red and white rings below and on the foot; enameled anchor and three "+" on foot; polished pontil mark and rim of bowl.
