Colorless glass; blown, applied, etched. Colorless goblet with etched cup, slightly flaring at rim; applied cylindrical stem and circular foot. Cup etched with elaborate banded design consisting of alternating eagle seals and flower and stars design; larger version of the U.S. seal etched on front.
