Primary Description: 
Clear glass; partly heavy crizzling; free-blown, tooled and engraved. Slightly conical foot with underfolded rim and rough pontil mark, composite stem consisting of two quatrefoil knobs flanked by three stemmed triple mereses; two double ear-shaped wings with attached rigaree decoration have been attached to upper knob and upper part of lower knob; on the top of the foot a shallowly engraved wreath-like double branch, in copper wheel engraving.
