Primary Description: 
Transparent gold ruby glass; blown, tooled, engraved, applied metal mount. Small ciruclar dish with engraved flower and leaf garland decoration and a gilt silver mount applied to the foot. The underside of the dish has an engraved flower in place of the pontil mark.
