Primary Description: 
Colorless glass; flameworked, silvered and stained; glass jewels, ribbon, cloth trimming; metal collar. Head of a clown with a fringe-like white tip on his green hat. The green hat is decorated with three glass jewels. The clown's face is white with eyes that are made from blue glass jewels with stained red nose and lips. The neck is decorated with a collar of gold with a blue and a red ribbon woven through it.
